Petitioner is in custody in Piparia PS Case No. 31 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34 of the IPC. It is submitted that in the background of land dispute and the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have given single blow this Court should consider grant of bail to the petitioner as he is in custody since 10.6.2019.

Learned APP and the Counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer. It is their submission that the petitioner is the assailant and he has given the fetal blow on the chest of the victim. Considering these submissions and the gravity of the allegation this Court for the present is not inclined to allow prayer for bail of the petitioner. The same is rejected.
