2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/ 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amended) Act, 2018.
3. As per the prosecution case, the total recovery of 10 litre country-made liquor has been made, which is the subject matter of the present case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is extremely a poor person and he has even no door on his house. Counsel submits that the said recovery was not made in his presence. Counsel submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is a law abiding citizen.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks' from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Exclusive Special Judge Excise-I, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 544 of 2022, dated 25.05.2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
