The petitioner is accused in connection with Sherghatti P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016, registered under Section 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner transpires in the confessional statement of one Surendra Kumar Verma from whom stolen material had been recovered. Further submission is that petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 21.02.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19821 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
