Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner has been named in the FIR only on the basis of suspicion that he has threatened the son of the informant on dire consequence 45 days before. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered on the confession made by the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38293 of 2018(3) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018.
