This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Submission of the petitioner is that though some recovery of stolen property was shown, but, those articles have not been put on test identification parade and similarly situated co-accused, Khushnuda Khatoon, has been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14473 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15417 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 112 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri N.P. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran at Bettiah, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
