Petitioners are accused in connection with Special Excise Case No. 549 of 2019 arising out of Baisi P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 30(a), 41, 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are driver and cleaner of the vehicle. They innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They have no knowledge of the loaded wine. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 20.07.2019, having no criminal antecedent.
