2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354B, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, one Dinesh Yadav is said to have caused grievous injury to the victim with sharp edged weapon.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2024. He further submits that co-accused Dinesh Yadav @ Dinesh Kumar @ Molha @ Malha has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61901 of 2024(3) dt.15-01-2025 2/2 55695 of 2024 dated 14.08.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.-1st, Benipatti, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial.
