ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 14-05-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has an option to file an application for compensation under the Compensation to Victims of Hit and Run Motor Accidents Scheme, 2022 or under any other law for the time being in force before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a suitable application before the said Motor Accident Claims

Patna High Court CWJC No.12860 of 2025(7) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 Tribunal along with the necessary documents to substantiate her claim within a period of 4 weeks from today. On such application being filed, the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal shall take the same into consideration and pass necessary orders duly putting all the parties on notice and giving them an opportunity of hearing. The authority shall not go into the question of limitation and the application made by the petitioner shall be entertained as she has spent considerable time in approaching various authorities and also this Court. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
