That this is an application for;

(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly respondent no.3 and 4 to investigate Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case no.592/14 property and arrest all the accused persons of Muzaffarpur Town P.S.

Case No.592/14.

(ii) For any other consequential relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is entitle by this Hon'ble

At the outset, Mr. Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application. Leave is granted.
