Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 82 of 2022 lodged under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201/34 of the I.P.C.
As per the prosecution case, the informant has narrated that marriage of her daughter was solemnized with the son of the petitioner one year back. But subsequently, on the demand of dowry, the in-law's family of her daughter used to torture. It has been alleged that they all in connivance with each other have killed the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Counsel submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and she is in custody since 09.07.2022. Counsel also submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and her husband is already in judicial custody.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIV, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 82 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
