2. The present modification has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to modify the order dated 21.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. 28722 of 2022 by which the petitioner was granted provisional bail with condition that after depositing Rs.2,81,223/- in the account of the informant's company, namely, Insta Cart Services Private Limited, in installments within nine months his provisional bail shall be confirmed.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in spite of his best efforts he could not trace out the address of the company, hence the aforesaid amount could not be

4. In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.2,81,223/- within two months in the Nazarat of the learned Court below, which shall be handed over to the informant's company after its appearance and after proper verification of its identity.

5. The learned court below is directed to confirm the bail bond of the petitioner after showing deposit of Rs.2,81,223/- as aforesaid.

6. Accordingly, this modification is allowed and the order dated 21.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. 28722 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
