JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case for the offence under Sections 366 (A)/34 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of taking away the victim girl is against the son of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has not been made any allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that the son of the petitioner is in custody. In the circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two
