JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 15-03-2017 This is the second modification application for modifying the order dated 27.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28811 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 256 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga. The order dated 27.07.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above. The rest conditions as stipulated in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9938 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 order dated 27.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28811 of 2016 will remain the same.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
