The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Vaishali Sadar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that FIR was lodged against unknown persons and petitioner has been made an accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. Even informant and his daughter is not eye witness. Charge sheet has been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
