Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to some technical problem, two bail applications have been filed on behalf of the petitioner Bittu Kumar in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 474 of 2020, one being Cr. Misc. No. 67734 of 2021 which was registered on 04.12.2021 and another being Cr. Misc. No. 67298 of 2021 which was registered on 02.12.2021. In such circumstances, he seeks permission to withdraw Cr. Misc. No. 67734 of 2021 which was filed after two days of filing of Cr. Misc. No. 67298 of 2021 on behalf of the same petitioner Bittu Kumar in connection with same P.S. case number.

In such circumstances, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67734 of 2021(6) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 petitioner is permitted to withdraw Cr. Misc. No. 67734 of 2021 which was registered on 04.12.2021.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
