The petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " That the present application is being preferred on behalf of the Petitioners above named invoking the extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court for the following relief (s), direction (s), order (s) :- (i) For quashing the order as contained in Letter No. 9162 dated 30.06.2022 passed by the Learned Town Commissioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15189 of 2022(3) dt.18-02-2025 2/2 Patna Municipal Corporation, land of the Petitioners with constructions thereon has been resumed and the Estate Official has been directed to take possession of the said property, within 30 days.

(ii) Also for commanding the respondent authority to mutate the name of the petitioners in question purchased by them through registered Deed of Sale form the descendants.

(iii) Also for any other appropriate relief(s) as the may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances or in the eyes of law.".

3. In this case on 10.09.2024, two weeks time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defect(s).

4. As the said order was not complied, it stands dismissed on 24.09.2024.
