2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 15 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the fact that illicit liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of which this petitioner is a registered owner and he bears one criminal antecedent of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
