The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

On information that the firing has been made, the police reached at the place of occurrence and apprehended one Jitendra Kumar Soni alias Jarlauha from whose possession one country made pistol and three cartridges were recovered. The apprehended accused suggested the name of the petitioner who escaped from the scene.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. There

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20504 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 is no recovery from the possession. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 690 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Siwan. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
