2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 194 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 316(3), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is the accused of committing Cyber fraud by using fake SIM card with innocent people in a fraudulent manner through audio on Whatsapp/Facebook in the name of Indian Squirt Sex Service and Hypnotization of desired men and women.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.57394 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to personal grudge and village politics. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern or connection with any mobile or Vivo containing no SIM either. The petitioner is the owner of mobile of Motorola company which he had purchased from Akash Telecom on 23.03.2025. No a single witness has come forward to support the prosecution case. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is languishing in judicial custody since 18.06.2025 without any rhymes or reason.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner, stating that the offence alleged is serious in nature.

Having heard rival contention of both the parties and considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also taking into account the period of custody of the petitioner and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the
