The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.285 of 2019 registered for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has previous dispute with the informant and he has been named by the informant during course of investigation. The informant has stated that the petitioner may be involved in the crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67560 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.285 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
