The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case no. 14 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are brother-in-laws and petitioner no. 3 is mother-in-law. Husband of the informant is Arbind Manjhi. The informant alleged that she was married to Arbind Manjhi about five years ago and she also gave birth a male child. She made omnibus and general allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners.

No.16484 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
