The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has been lodged only on the basis of suspicion and there is no eye witness to the occurrence.. It is further submitted that the deceased had illicit relation with the girl out of which the present occurrence has taken place and the petitioners have nothing to do with the same. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Sikandar Sahni has been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14717 of 2015 (4) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail by this Court in Cri. Misc. No. 10878/15 whereas the main accused Ashok Sahani has been granted regular bail by the learned court below.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest ort surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) M.Rahman/- U T
