JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft in the shop of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 2.5.2019. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Raina Mahaldar. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
