(ii) was imposed in the order dated 08.01.2015, whereas, it has been stated in paragraph 3 of the petition that the Petitioner was accused in another case.
In view of such, condition no.(ii) imposed in the order dated 08.01.2015 be ignored.
The order dated 08.01.2015 passed in the instant case stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
