The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 302 and others sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named eight persons including the petitioner in the FIR and alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner surrounded Pandav Panjiyar near the house of Jagdambi Yadav and thereaftrer Angad Yadav, Vijay Yadav and Sajjan Yadav made indiscriminate firing causing the death of Pandav Panjiyar.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Beldaur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2012. Accordingly, the same is rejected. Dilip/- (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) T
