The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 004 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and, as a matter of fact, he has some hot exchange with the officials and that is why he has been made accused in this case alleging that he is working as

Having heard both sides and in view of the submissions made, let petitioner surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court taking into consideration the submission made as well as materials available in the case diary and the court below will pass appropriate order, without being prejudiced by this Court.
