Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Joksar) P.S.Case No.206/2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that on the basis of the forged certificate he has applied for appointment on the post of Technical Assistant and on inquiry his certificates were found forged.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that without proper inquiry the allegation has been levelled. Moreover, he has not been selected for that post. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him and co-operate

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the petitioner has been appointed , let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S.Case No.206 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that he has to co-operate the police in investigation. With the above direction, this application is allowed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) chn/- U T
