The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 265 of 2015 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 147/148/149/342/302/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is named in the FIR, there is no specific allegation of firing against the present petitioner. It is alleged that the similarly situated co-accused who has also been named in the FIR and against him also there is general and omnibus charge of firing has since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14795 of 2019. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55362 of 2019(2) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judaical Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 265 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
