Since the impugned order is in regard to Sessions Trial No.610 of 2013 without specifying the Kargahar P.S. case number, the order dated 26.8.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.34638 of 2014 be read only to the extent that it is an order passed in Sessions Trial No.610 of 2013.

Application stands disposed of with the aforesaid clarification.
