JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 This MJC petition has been field for restoration of M.A.No. 511 of 2012 to its original file and number on the ground that the appellant has already filed necessary requisites in compliance of order dated 16.12.2014 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 511 of 2012 but as the aforesaid requisites were not filed in time under misconception, whereof the aforesaid M.A. No. 511 of 2012 stood dismissed due to peremptory order and when the appellant came to know about the dismissal of the aforesaid M.A. No.511 of 2012, the appellant immediately filed the present MJC petition for restoration of M.A.No. 511 of 2012. Accordingly, this MJC petition stands allowed and the M.A No. 511 of 2012 is restored to its original file and number.
