The Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar(M) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017 (S.Tr. No. 30 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
