Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 504 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement got her age recorded as 19 1⁄2 years whereas Court has assessed as 18 years where she stated that she of her own went to Delhi with Nippu Singh and thereafter she got married with him. The petitioners are parents of Nippu Singh.

Considering the 164 Cr.P.C statement of the victim, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their

No.15956 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
