This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 25.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5745/20214, whereby petitioner was allowed regular bail. It is submitted that due to mistake, it has wrongly been stated in the prayer portion that the petitioner be released on bail "to the satisfaction of the learned court of Additional District and Sessions Judge XII, Gaya" in place of "to the satisfaction of the learned court of S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya". It is further submitted that father's name of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66915 of 2021(2) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 petitioner has wrongly been written as Jai Gobid Bhuiyan in place of "Jai Govind Bhuiyan @ Nanhak Bhuiyan @ Nanhak Manji".
In view of submission made above, let "to the satisfaction of the learned court of S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya" be read in place of "to the satisfaction of the learned court of Additional District and Sessions Judge XII, Gaya" and further father's name of the petitioner be read as " Jai Govind Bhuiyan @ Nanhak Bhuiyan @ Nanhak Manji" in place of "Jai Gobid Bhuiyan".
The order dated 25.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5745/20214 is modified to aforesaid extent only. The modification petition is allowed.
