JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 149, 452, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons entered into the house of the informant and made assault to the informant and others. They were looking for one Sajjan Sah and resorted fire but causing injury to none. It is further alleged that co-accused Mintu Kunwar snatched a Mangal Sutra and took away Rs.30,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is general and omnibus against the petitioner and for the occurrence of 16.09.2014 at 11:30 P.M., the F.I.R. was

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No.66 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
