2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 24.12.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 having earlier been rejected by order dated 03.05.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 25176 of 2018.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
