JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B/420/467/468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the ancestral land, recorded in revenue records in the name of father of the informant, was transferred by the co-accused Satyendra Naraia Sing in favour of co- accused Jagdish Sharma on 12.10.2006 though the father of the informant died in 2011 and the photograph on the sale deed was found to be of co-accused Satyendra Narayan Singh. The petitioner is alleged to be deed writer.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the sale deed executed in 2006, the FIR was registered in 2013 and the thrust of accusation is against co-accused Satyendra

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15070 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 Narayan Singh. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No.156 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
