The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khodabandpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016 for the offence registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that for the same and similar allegations, the mother-in-law has already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cri. Misc. No. 14603 of 2016 vide order dated 22.04.2016. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four

Case No. 03 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
