Petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 303 of 2018 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant is the Chaukidar, who in his written complaint has stated that a dead body of an unknown female aged about 35-40 years was found in the field on 27.01.2018. She was killed by cutting her neck and there were other injuries also found on the body and on such

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been further submitted that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Raju Ram. Except the confessional statement, there is no incriminating material against the petitioner. Similarly, situated co-accused person namely Narain Mistry has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 12.07.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 41194 of 2018. Other similarly, situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate benches of this Court vide orders dated 05.09.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40585 of 2018 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 38947 of 2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.02.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two
