JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 25-09-2024 This is an application invoking jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner praying for quashing the order dated 3rd of July, 2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in S.T. No. 46 of 2014 arising out of Sikandra P.S. Case No. 225 of 2011 dated 28th of December, 2011 for the offence committed under Sections 302 / 34 of the IPC and Sections 25 (1-b)A/ 26/ 27/ 35 of the Arms Act.

2. By passing the impugned order dated 3rd of July. 2019, the learned Sessions Judge rejected the petitioner's application under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. dated 14th of December, 2017, this Court finds that any order passed under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge is

3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to convert the instant Cr. Misc. Case into a Cri. Revision forthwith.

4. The Stamp Reporting Section is directed to do the needful and the record be placed before the concerned Bench having roster without any delay as the matter is pending since 2019.

5. With the above order, the instant application is disposed of.
