2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Panchanpur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 25 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the joint family house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is a widow lady and recovery was made from a joint family house. She has no knowledge about the illicit liquor. Petitioner was neither present on the spot nor any incriminating
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56573 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. She undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 2, Gaya, in connection with Panchanpur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
