Singh(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under the Arms Act.

The allegation is that accused persons fired and killed informant's son.

The petitioner submits that in fact accused Sanjay Kumar Singh, Ajay Singh, Gautam Singh and Chaturi Singh fired at the informant's son causing his death and the petitioner was merely a driver of the vehicle from which these four accused persons stepped down. There is no allegation of firing or any other act against the petitioner.
