Mr.Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the name of petitioners nos. 5 and 6. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mehdiganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 447, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56849 of 2022(2) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 As per allegation, 13 named accused persons, including the petitioners, assaulted the informant and made him injured. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case and there is no injury on the person of the informant. The allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is also a case under SC/ST Act against the petitioners, to which the learned counsel for the petitioners has replied that he has already mentioned that in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II, Patna City in connection with Mehdiganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
