JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 This application has been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to Opposite party No.2 vide order, dated 07.12.2013, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Purnea in A.B.P. No. 898 of 2013 in connection with Complaint Case No. 266 of 2013.
2. The petitioner is the wife of Opposite party No.2.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that at the time of granting anticipatory bail, the Opposite party No.2 had agreed that he will be keeping the petitioner with full dignity.
However, after grant of anticipatory bail the Opposite party No.2 is again demanding money and articles as dowry.
4. There is nothing to show that after grant of anticipatory bail, the petitioner filed any other criminal case making such allegation as being made in the application for grant of cancellation of anticipatory bail. However, no case for cancellation of anticipatory bail is made out on the basis of the contents of the present application.
5. This application has no merit and, is, accordingly, dismissed.
