2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341 , 448 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . Prosecution case in brief, is that on 08.04.2024 at about 6.15 PM, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons armed with various weapons came to the house of informant and assaulted the nephew of informant by means of butt of pistol and also dragged her. It is further alleged that

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons and so far as these petitioners are concerned, there is no specific accusation of assault against them. Injuries allegedly caused are simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State as well as informant oppose the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
