2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Excise P.S. Case No. 97C2 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The recovery is of 591 liters of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 25.06.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the recovery is made from a pick-up van and the petitioner was not caught on the spot. He further submits that the

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-II, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Begusarai Excise Case No. 97C2 of 2021.
