The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 449 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 448, 323, 384 and 354-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have outraged the modesty of the wife of the informant after entering into the house forcibly. Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
