ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 160 of 2014, G.R. No. 571 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biroul at Benipur, Darbhanga.

In view of the nature of allegations against the Petitioner as also the criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15248 of 2015 (2) dt.25-05-2015 2/2 failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
