The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Agiaon P.S. case No.10 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1/1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is an assailant.

A report was called for from the trial court regarding

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57722 of 2019(4) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 the stage of the case. It has been reported that one doctor and two Investigating Officers of the case are left to be examined, against whom bailable warrants are issued.

Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara and the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, Ara and the Civil Surgeon, Bhojpur, Ara are also directed to ensure that the remaining official witnesses are produced in the court below on the date fixed so that the trial could be concluded within the stipulated period.
