The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

One auto-rickshaw, bearing registration no. BR-25P6687, was intercepted and 7 quintals of wheat was recovered. The auto-driver disclosed that he loaded the wheat from the shop of the petitioner but the stock of the petitioner, a PDS dealer, was not verified.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16635 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2015 2/2 48 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
