The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady who died in her matrimonial home within 7 years of her marriage. In the background of allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same, death was caused by burn injury.
Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner was in job at Bangalore and not present at the place of occurrence when death was caused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9694 of 2017 (3) dt.27-04-2017 supported the allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same and the police has submitted charge-sheet in this case showing the petitioner as absconder.
Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur (Manjhaul) P.S. Case No.13 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai is refused. (Birendra Kumar, J) Arvind/- U T
